How long it takes, what it costs, and what happens if something is wrong. No riddles on this page.

How long it takes

Everything is printed and packed in Utah. Orders leave us within two business days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Mountain Time start that clock the next business day, and weekends and public holidays do not count.

After it leaves us, allow three to five business days in the carrier's hands. Checkout shows you the actual arrival dates for your address before you pay — those dates are worked out from the same numbers, so trust them over this paragraph.

If an order is going to miss its estimate, we write and tell you why. You will not have to ask.

What it costs

• $7.00 flat, per order, anywhere in the United States.
• Free once the goods in your pack come to $75.00 or more, before tax.

We ship within the United States only at the moment. If you are elsewhere and want something badly enough, write to us and we will see what it would cost.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when you order, and a second one with a tracking number when the parcel leaves us. Both go to the address you gave at checkout. If you have an account, every order and its tracking sits under Past tabs.

Changing your mind

You have thirty days from delivery to send something back, worn or not. We refund what you paid for the goods. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is ours.

Start a return by emailing shop@thebrokendieinn.com with your order number. A person answers, usually within a day, and sends you the address to post it to.

If something is faulty

If a print cracks or a seam fails within a year of delivery, that is on us and we replace it. Send a photograph with your order number and we will sort it out — you do not need to send the item back first.

Normal wear is not a fault. Fading over years of washing is normal wear; a print lifting after three washes is not.
